We only collect information that is necessary to process your food orders, calculate delivery charges, and coordinate your delivery. The information we collect includes:

• Personal Details: Your name, phone number, and delivery address that you fill in during the cart checkout process.
• GPS Location Data: If you explicitly grant permission by clicking the "Share Live Location" button, we access your device's geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude). This is used solely to calculate the delivery distance from our restaurant and apply the correct delivery fee.
• Special Instructions: Any custom cooking or packaging preferences you write in the cart.

We do NOT collect any background data, device identifiers, or financial information (such as credit card details) on our website or app.

2. How We Use Information

We use your collected information strictly for processing and completing your service requests:

• To compile your order items and generate a structured bill summary.
• To format and send your order details, name, phone number, delivery address, and GPS link directly to our restaurant’s WhatsApp number (9415055394) to complete the checkout.
• To calculate accurate delivery charges (free for up to 5km, and ₹5/km beyond that) using your shared GPS location.
• To contact you via phone call or WhatsApp regarding order confirmation, payment, or delivery details.

3. Data Security

Your privacy is our utmost priority. We employ industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) encryption hosted via Netlify to protect all data transmissions. We do not store your personal details or location data on any online databases. Your delivery info is stored temporarily in your browser's local session storage and cleared automatically when you clear your cart or close the browser.

4. Third-Party Services

We interact with the following third-party services to deliver our food ordering process:

• WhatsApp: When you complete your order, your details are compiled into a text template and redirected to the official WhatsApp application on your phone or browser. WhatsApp has its own privacy policies regarding message encryption.
• Google Maps: We use Google Maps embed frames on our contact page to show our restaurant location (Opp. Dukhharan Nath Mandir, Station Road, Gonda) and generate external directions.

We do NOT sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal information, delivery address, or location coordinates to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our session cache.
